Encure Fitness was established in 2011 after the birth of my first son. I was inspired to become a positive role model for my children by living a healthy and active lifstyle. I joined Stroller Strides ( a fitness program in which you bring you children in the stroller). I became a certified instructor and that is when my journey began. Through some hard work and dedication, I was able to get my personal trainer certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as my group fitness instruction. I continue to expand my knowledge base in fitness and recently have become certified in Midlife Fitness for Women and Yoga. I always had a passion for Bhangra, an upbeat, high energy, folk dance from Punjab, India, and started incorporating it into my classes. Fitness is a lifestyle that I hope to share with many!
